On-line certification

Please carefully read the instructions explaining the individual criteria/parameters and perform the so-called self-assessment.

How to complete the questionnaire:

The certification questionnaire consists of 4 sections - basic information, facility description, certification criteria and photos. Facility photos can be supplied additionally.
If you point the mouse at a specific parameter, a detailed description of what is evaluated appears. Operators of catering facilities do not complete the criteria included in subgroup B.3-Barrier-Free Accommodation.
As regards the certification criteria, check (in the square on the left) those parameters that your facility fully complies with. Example: Criterion A1.1 Parking at the facility - the parking is within 50 m but it lacks the required capacity. This means that the criterion is not 100 percent complied with and therefore is not checked in the questionnaire.
The score will be assigned automatically.
Once you have completed the whole questionnaire, a summary evaluation table will appear.In order to qualify for the Barrier-Free mark, the facility must achieve the minimum score indicated in the middle column or more for all the criteria. The evaluation is for your information only, it is not saved anywhere.
If you select SUBMIT at the end, the information will be sent to the point of certification. If the questionnaire is completed correctly, we will include information on your facility in the I Want To Visit You section. If you achieve the required score to be awarded the Barrier-Free mark (which you will find out from the evaluation table), you will be invited to collect the certificate and the logo of the Barrier-Free mark. Information on the certification will appear in the database only after you collect the certification documents.
